Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position requiring an active MO or compact license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Med/Surg unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week contract assignment
• Blocked scheduling may be approved based on facility needs
• Up to 5 days of requested time off are allowed if made up during the assignment
• Local candidates within 50 miles are subject to reduced pay and may complete only 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before a required 1-year separation or transfer
• Employment history should be consistent without recent gaps exceeding 90 days

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Certifications may not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs are not accepted
