Job Responsibilities
- Focus on lung cancer treatment and general/benign hematology.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with a team of specialists.
- Order diagnostic tests and images, and prescribe treatment plans.
- Provide telephone call coverage in a 1 in 5 ratio, including weekend rounding with APP support.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Active MI License preferred
- BLS certification required
Working Hours
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Potential for weeknight and weekend call coverage
Skills
- Proficient in FNA/Biopsy procedures
- Comfortable with using Epic EMR system
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a multidisciplinary team
