• Location: Carthage, NY 13619 (North Country, New York)
• Assignment Type: Travel nursing job
• Start Date: November 24, 2025
• End Date: February 21, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
• Unit: 10-bed Emergency Room, Critical Access Hospital
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2050-$2200

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an Emergency Room RN
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) preferred
• Flu vaccine or signed declination required (mask required if declining)
• COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Experience with Tsystems charting preferred

ER Nurse Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients in a fast-paced emergency room setting
• Deliver high-quality nursing care and critical interventions
• Perform cleaning, room turnover, and supply restocking
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Tsystems
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members
• Support a patient-centered approach and uphold hospital standards
