We are seeking a motivated individual to join a thriving practice consisting of a solo pediatrician within a group of 8 total providers. The successful candidate will benefit from a strong referral base from obstetricians, ensuring a steady stream of patients. The office operates Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with no weekend clinic hours. The call schedule is a manageable 1:2, shared with a Family Practice physician in town, resulting in very light call duty, with some days having minimal to no calls. Patient care is a priority, and the incoming Pediatrician can expect to see approximately 20-25 patients per day. Admissions are made to Bacon County Hospital, with responsibilities including newborn rounding and coverage of emergency C&D only at the request of obstetricians, a rare occurrence. The facility has a Level I Nursery, contributing to 180 annual deliveries, and boasts a Level III NICU.
