You will play a pivotal role in creating personalized treatment plans, supervising support staff, managing cases effectively, and building lasting relationships with clients and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy services that meet professional standards.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and aides, ensuring high-quality care.
- Accurately document treatment goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Comply with state-specific Practice Acts and physical therapy regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, staff, and facilities to enhance collaboration and care quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy education program.
- Active state licensure/registration, as applicable.
