How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Clinical Execution: Delivering direct nursing care while strictly adhering to organizational protocols and physician orders.

• Case Management: Implementing, monitoring, and adjusting individualized patient care plans based on real-time assessments.

• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Serving as the central hub for all medical disciplines (doctors, therapists, specialists) to ensure unified patient treatment.

• Strategic Discharge Planning: Evaluating and organizing the resources and steps necessary for a patient’s safe transition out of the facility.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
