Sign-on bonus and robotic surgery opportunity in Southwest Florida. BC/BE Urology Physician, permanent in Southwest Florida; schedule: 3 clinic days + 2 OR days (1 acute hospital, 1 ASC); 1:6 call; average 28–30 patients/day; outpatient procedures at dedicated Urology Surgery Center; open to new grads. - Medical degree and BC/BE in Urology
- Active FL medical license (or eligible)
- Comfortable with minimally invasive and robotic procedures
- Ability to cover 1:6 call and hospital rounding
- Willingness to treat broad urologic conditions (oncology, stones, prostate, incontinence)

Seeking a BC/BE Urology Physician
Schedule: 3 office days, 2 surgery days (1 acute, 1 ASC)
Call rotation: 1:6
Average # of pts: 28-30
Physicial will round while on call.
We utilize APPs for rounding during the week.
They can practice out of their preferred location. Whether that is multiple clinics on different days of a dedicated location.
Candidate can expect to treat general urologic conditions including, prostate disease, kidney stones, incontinence, oncology, and erectile dysfunction with minimally invasive surgeries and robotics.
Special interest in female urological conditions is a plus!
There will be weekend call coverage with AP support.
Providers perform complex surgeries at two facilities, as well as outpatient procedures at the Urology-dedicated Surgery Center.
Open to new grads
