A full-time orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand surgery is sought to join an established practice with board-certified physicians, providing equal time between clinic and operating room. The position includes competitive guaranteed salary, profit sharing bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as student loan assistance, paid malpractice insurance, and CME allowances. The role requires board certification eligibility, Georgia medical licensure, and involves call duties, teaching medical students and residents, within a supportive hospital campus environment.
This Georgia Health System is currently seeking a full-time Orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hands to join an established practice with three other board-certified orthopedic physicians, including additional support from mid-levels.
- Salary: Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment.
- Schedule: Monday Friday 8am-5pm; time split equally between clinic and OR.
- Bonus: 100% of shared practice profits
- Call: Call required 7 days/month; extra pay for extra call

Requirements:
- Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship
- Required Certifications/Licensures: Board certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years); Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
