Title: Part-Time Pediatrician
Location: Cumberland, Maryland
Schedule: 2-3 days per week

Position Overview:
- Role : Part-Time Pediatrician
- Schedule: Flexible 2-3 days per week, promoting excellent work-life balance.
- Practice Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Setting: Outpatient Only; no newborn rounding or inpatient responsibility.
- Ideal Candidate: A compassionate physician focused on building trusting patient relationships. New resident graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including routine well-child exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and manage chronic pediatric conditions.
- Order appropriate tests and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
- Successful completion of a pediatric residency program.
- Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) or Board Eligible (must achieve certification within two years of residency completion).
- Must hold or be eligible for an active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Maryland.

The salary range for this role is $120,00-$150,000 in base pay andexclusive of any bonusesor available benefits(medical, dental, vision, life 401K, paid time off, and/or other wellness programs).The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location and benefits vary by practice.
