Compensation: 285k base salary + Sign-On, Housing, Relocation

Low-Volume: See patients/day
Work-Life Alignment: 3 5 clinic days/week with a dedicated admin day; every 3rd week on-call for ED
Pathway for Leadership: Serve as Chief of Staff or chair hospital committee with additional compensation
ER Coverage: Low-volume, well-supported rural ED environment

Autonomy + Team Support: Dedicated MA, strong nursing staff, and collaborative leadership
No Procedures Required
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited program
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
Eligible for Colorado Medicine Licensure
BLS and ACLS
Current DEA
Spanish-speaking is a plus
