Welder
Location: Rockford, TN
Pay: $24/hr
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Includes every weekend; days off during the week)
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Welder to join our client’s Production Department. In this role, you’ll work with critical metals and precision techniques to support advanced manufacturing processes. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a technical environment, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
- Weld Iridium Crucibles and other metals to exact specifications
- Maintain and prepare critical metals for production
- Clean metals using media blasting techniques
- Press various metals to meet technical requirements
- Accurately document all processing steps in both paper and digital systems
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 35 lbs
- Welding experience with metals such as Iridium, platinum, and aluminum
- Strong PC skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in a technical-industrial environment with strict safety adherence
