The ideal candidate is a team player with active Indiana licensure and required certifications.

Responsibilities and Duties- Diagnose, manage, and treat patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Adhere to clinical protocols and best practices
- Participate in patient care meetings as needed
Additional Information- Indiana medical license required
- Board certifications in Hematology and Medical Oncology required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
