We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. Whether you're experienced in SNFs or just passionate about working with older adults, you'll have the support and flexibility you need to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Create and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
Document patient progress clearly and promptly
What You’ll Need:
Active PT license in the state of practice (or willingness to obtain)
Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy
SNF experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
