Connected Health Care is partnering with an established Educational Services provider to hire a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role near Yuma, AZ. Job Description:
Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of school-aged students
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Track progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
Provide support in-person across multiple school sites as needed
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student success
Education & Certification Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid Arizona SLP license or eligibility for licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Previous school-based experience is a plus
Must pass background check and fingerprint clearance
