Position Overview

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Telemetry RN for a night-shift assignment on a combined Cardiology / Medical-Surgical / Neuro unit. This unit is the primary floor for cardiac and neuro/stroke patients, offering a diverse and high-acuity patient population.

Schedule & Requirements

• Nights: 7p–7:30a (3 x 12s)

• 36 hours per week

• Every other weekend required

• Rotating holidays

• No on-call requirements

Unit Details

• Cardiology / Med-Surg / Neuro (Stroke) unit

• Only unit in the facility caring for cardiac and neuro/stroke patients

• Floating required within skillset only

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to telemetry patients

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms

• Manage patients with cardiac, neurologic, and medical-surgical conditions

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Accurately document patient care in the EMR

• Float within scope and competency as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry experience required

  • PCU or ICU experience may be considered

• BLS Certification required

• ACLS Certification required

• Active RN license (Connecticut or compact, as applicable)
