We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Engineering Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh with 4 days per week in-office required.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

•              Support the development of long-range plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts across the Engineering Practice

•              Deliver actionable analytics and reporting to help optimize specific third-party expenses

•              Partner with business finance teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvements

•              Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, HR, Strategy) to ensure integrated processes

•              Embrace AI and other new tooling to improve processes

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

•              5-8 years of experience in FP&A, preferably supporting large-scale technology or engineering organizations

•              Experience working with complex financial data and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

•              Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities

•              Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
