A well-established community health organization in New Haven County is seeking an infectious disease physician to join their established team.

Job Function:

• Infectious Disease chief looking to have additional physician join the growing team
• HIV, Hepatitis main services care for, opportunity to follow patients for primary care
• Organization is an FQHC offering primary care, behavioral health and dental health services
• Monday-Friday schedule 8am-4:30pm
• Call schedule: 9 weeks out of the year (every 5-6 weeks) to carry pager during week and work for 4 hours on a Saturday for extra pay
• Average of 18-20 patients scheduled per day, expect some no-shows
• Approximately 1 RN for every 2 providers and support from medical assistants

This is a full time permanent position with FREE health insurance for individuals AND families, federal tort malpractice, CME, PTO and a profit sharing program after 1 year of employment
