Restaurant District Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurant concepts
- 1+ years of current multi-unit leadership experience, District Manager title is preferred
- Experience overseeing a minimum of 6 locations
- Experience leading a team of leaders
- Experience managing P&L and driving operational and financial excellence
- Excellent integrity and character
- Fantastic communication skills and employee engagement
- Available to consistently travel to locations across the market (95% travel)
- Open and available at any time, with that ownership mentality
