Flexible shifts with majority M-F 8am-5pm
Every 3rd weekend requirement
Home health/home based care setting
Ortho, strokes, joints, spinal injuries patient types
1 year experience required with home setting preferred
Experience with Oasis government mandated form required
1.5-2 weeks floor specific orientation provided
BLS certification required

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
