Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a day shift ICU Float Pool position requiring a ME or compact license and at least two years of ICU experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is within a hospital float pool, providing coverage in ICU settings
- Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:30
- Potential to float between facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed
- Thirteen-week assignment length
- Floating may be required to other units or facilities within the specified radius
- Not eligible for contract renewal or extension if classified as a local candidate
- No travel pairs or groups accepted for this position
- Returning employees must have at least a 12-month break from prior MaineHealth employment
Requirements
- Active ME or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU nursing experience
- Driver's license required for consideration
