One of our clients is expanding in Springfield, IL and urgently seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner for home and SNF visits.

Main Details:

- $250/visit W2 pay IRS mileage reimbursed
- Must be board certified FNP or AGNP/AGACNP with IL license
- Must have wound care experience. Training is also provided.
- Must be flexible Mon Fri, 8am 5pm with 72-hour notice
- Travel up to 1.5 hours from Springfield, IL central location required
