Requirements:

Responsibilities:

- Assess resident condition; respond to changes promptly.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Document care accurately per LTC regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
- Support & Education:
- Educate residents and families on care plans and goals.
- Maintain a safe and supportive resident environment.
