Join a dynamic team as a DAM Workflow & Integrations Manager, where you'll lead innovative workflow optimization and system integration efforts for a digital asset management platform. This role offers the opportunity to drive AI-powered innovation and support global scaling efforts across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and automation within the DAM platform.
- Collaborate with the Digital Asset Management team to support global launches and expansions.
- Identify and implement AI capabilities to improve asset discoverability and overall DAM efficiency.
- Build and configure integrations with third-party tools to ensure seamless workflows.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and user guides for workflows and integrations.
- Establish governance standards and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
Skills
- Hands-on experience with digital asset management platforms, particularly in workflow design and system integrations.
- Proficiency in managing complex workflows for asset ingestion, approval, distribution, and archival.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms and troubleshoot independently.
- Excellent communication skills to present and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Experience using data and metrics for continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience implementing AI-powered features in DAM systems.
- Technical proficiency with API integration, scripting, or automation tools.
- Knowledge of rights management systems and workflows.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies on asset workflows and integrations.
