We are seeking an experienced and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical care team. This full-time night shift role offers competitive pay, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients across all ICU specialties.
Key Details
- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts per week (36 hours) + every other weekend/holiday
- Patient Ratio: 1:1 – 2:1
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
- Licensure: Rhode Island RN license or Compact license preferred
- Salary Range: $65,201 – $89,856 annually
- Weekly Range: $1,253.88 – $1,728.00
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU, caring for all types of ICU patients (medical, surgical, cardiac, neuro, trauma, etc.)
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients with complex conditions
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate advanced medical equipment
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
- Support patients and families with compassion and clear communication
- Current RN license (RI or Compact preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience required
- AHA ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
