Our job summary

This role involves providing bilingual customer service for Homesite customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating account-related requests primarily via phone. The position requires excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, with training in Phoenix and the ability to work remotely thereafter. Candidates should be fluent in Spanish, capable of multitasking, and may need to obtain a Property & Casualty license within the first year.
