The Nephrology Nurse Practitioner provides specialized kidney care in outpatient clinics, hospitals, dialysis centers, and via telehealth, collaborating with nephrologists and healthcare teams. This role requires advanced practice credentials, experience in nephrology, and active medical licensure in multiple states. The position offers no weekend or on-call shifts, travel reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits within a large integrated health system.

About this role:
As an Advanced Practice Provider in Nephrology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
- You will practice at St. George Regional Hospital
- You will collaborate with Intermountain nephrologists, other advanced practice providers and nurse navigators to deliver general nephrology care in outpatient clinic, hospital, dialysis, and telehealth settings
- You'll work 4 - 10s, no weekends, no call
- Travel to Dialysis Centers in Hurricane, Mesquite - Mileage will be reimbursed

What you'll bring:
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- 1-2 years of experience in specialty care, Nephrology preferred
- No New Grads, Please
- Active, unobstructed Utah, Nevada, and Arizona medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
