Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join an established and busy practice in Indiana offering a supportive work environment and excellent work-life balance. The role involves outpatient care with an average of 20-25 patients per day, managing common conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD, with no inpatient or OB responsibilities. seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our established practice located in Indiana. Interested candidate will be joining an established, busy practice with four physicians and two advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Weekday call is rotated among the physicians: 1:7
Weekend Call: 1:14
Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day
No inpatient work or OB
Common Diagnoses:
Diabetes
Hypertension
COPD
Wellness Visits
On-site Equipment:
Lab
Imaging
Sports Medicine located in same building
Outpatient physical therapy
