seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our established practice located in Indiana. Interested candidate will be joining an established, busy practice with four physicians and two advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

• Weekday call is rotated among the physicians: 1:7

• Weekend Call: 1:14

• Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day

• No inpatient work or OB

• Common Diagnoses:

  • Diabetes

  • Hypertension

  • COPD

  • Wellness Visits

• On-site Equipment:

  • Lab

  • Imaging

• Sports Medicine located in same building

• Outpatient physical therapy
