M/S Tele RN – Nights (36 hrs, EOW) Unit: Phippen 6/7 – 32-bed Ortho/Neuro Med-Surg (private rooms) EMR: EPIC Requirements: Must be able to read telemetry strips 2+ years Med/Surg experience Strong neuro assessments & Tele competency MA RN license, BLS required (ACLS preferred) Ratios: Days/Eves: 1:4 (may go to 1:5) Nights: 1:5–1:6 Patient Population: Ortho & Neuro surgical patients, fractures, neuro cases, and medical overflow Scheduling & Floating: Nights do not rotate Floating required to applicable units when needed
