- Travel required for regional patient care
- State-of-the-Art OR's including DaVinci Surgical System
- No General Surgery/Trauma call requirement
- General Surgeons share call coverage for Breast Surgery patients
- Salary Range: $355,000-$382,698 plus performance-based compensation.
- Incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
