- Call & Requirements: Monday Friday, 10hr shifts + call
- Supervision vs Independent: Mix of supervision and performing own cases
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Certifications required: Board Eligibility
- Number of Operating Rooms: 4
- License Required or accepting IMLC: Illinois Active License
