This full-time, academic position is ideal for a physician who is passionate about resident education, outpatient medicine, and mentorship, and is eager to help train the next generation of internal medicine physicians. Position Highlights: Supervise and mentor Internal Medicine residents in a continuity clinic setting. Provide guidance on evidence-based patient care, clinical reasoning, and practice management. Review and oversee residents EMR documentation, order entry, and care plans; add appropriate attending-level oversight and feedback. Participate in a collaborative, team-based academic environment, with opportunities for scholarly activity and faculty development. Engage in program growth and contribute to resident evaluations and curriculum development.
