Overview Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking a Urologist to support operations at the Fresno Va Medical Center located at 2615 East Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703. The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm with call. Full-time and Locum Tenens positions with generous compensation packages are available. Responsibilities- Provide clinical urology services, including surgeries, outpatient/inpatient consultations, cystoscopies, and related procedures.
- Pre-op, post-op, follow-up care, and emergency urological consultations.
- Specialty exams (e.g., compensation and pension, agent orange) for urological conditions.
- Communicate test results to patients/providers per VA policy.
- Discharge education and follow-up coordination.
- Progress notes, surgery scheduling, morbidity & mortality meetings (weekly), staff meetings (monthly).
- Quality assurance and improvement documentation.
- Patient safety compliance and incident reporting.
Qualifications- Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. state/territory.
- Must be Board Certified by the American Board of Urology (ABU).
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Must have actively practiced general urology for the past two years.

- Active DEA license
- Must be able to pass a federal background investigation
All candidates must be able to:
- Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
