About the Clinician‘s Workday

The CRNA will deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases during structured Monday through Friday shifts from 7AM to 5PM. Primary responsibilities include conducting pre-operative assessments, managing intraoperative anesthesia delivery for bread and butter cases including general surgery, orthopedic procedures with heavy emphasis on blocks, and obstetric care requiring epidural placement competency for 650-700 annual deliveries. The clinician will work autonomously with light supervision in a 1:2-4 staffing model while managing catheter lab stent cases and limited ENT procedures. Board certification is mandatory for this position that excludes cardiac and neurosurgical procedures with optional weekend call coverage available.
