The Toledo Clinic Facial Plastics and Dermatology practice of David Kouba, M.D. is offering a premier opportunity for a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon to join our growing Michigan-based team.
This role is tailored for a surgeon seeking a high-volume Mohs practice with exceptional flexibility and earning potential.

- Co-faculty role available with Dr. Kouba s Mohs Fellowship program
Qualified Candidates:
- MD/DO - Board Certified in Dermatology
- Fellowship-trained in Mohs surgery (ACMS or ACGME recognized)
- Prefer 3 or more years post-fellowship Mohs experience
- Proven surgical expertise, including complex cases
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the State of Michigan
