An Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician provides hands-on neuromusculoskeletal care utilizing osteopathic therapies in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team and precepting residents while managing a range of conditions such as pain, neuromuscular disorders, and post-surgical recovery. Shift: Approximately 0.7 FTE clinical and 0.3 FTE precepting residents

Setting: Outpatient clinic, inpatient services, and teaching ONMM residents
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive osteopathic neuromusculoskeletal care
Partner with patients using an integrated, holistic approach to health
Utilize hands-on osteopathic therapies as the primary treatment method
Support patient health across various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
Work in collaboration with a multi-specialty team, including general neurology, PM&R, and neurosurgery
No call, weekends, or holiday requirements
Pain Management: Acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, fibromyalgia, pregnancy-related pain
Neuromuscular Disorders: Numbness, tingling, post-concussion syndrome, scoliosis
Other Conditions: Asthma, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, arthritis, post-surgical recovery
Integrated medical team with on-site lab, radiology, PT, and pharmacy
Accepting new graduates (Board Eligible candidates must become Board Certified within 2 years)
Not accepting Locums or candidates with lapsed Board Certification
Open to H1B candidates (Not open to J1 visa candidates)

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (REQUIRED)
Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain (REQUIRED)
