Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to inform treatment strategies and track client progress
Provide direct therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and other staff members to advance their skills and knowledge
Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Zero to two years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and methodologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
