RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week (must be indicated on submission form)
• 13-week assignment length
• Work every other weekend as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Patient ratios: 1:6-7 on nights (ratios not guaranteed)
• May float to other units depending on staffing needs
• Required: Current RN License eligible for Missouri licensure, BLS from AHA only
• Preferred: ACLS from AHA only
• 1 year Med Surg inpatient experience required
• Work with 15-bed unit (15 additional beds under construction)
• Equipment includes Nova Meters for blood glucose, Alaris IV pump, Kangaroo pumps, SCD machine
• EMR system: EPIC
• Dress code: Black scrubs required, no open-toed shoes
• Provide care for Med/Surg patients of all age groups
• Flu vaccination required from November 1-April 1
• Night shift orients on day shift with full week availability required for orientation
• Must be team player willing to provide care to diverse patient population
