At Ambitions ABA Colorado, we provide in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. We’re looking for a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our amazing team!

Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Experience working with children
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - Training available for the right candidate
Outgoing, positive, and engaging personality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Follow all BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan
Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials
Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA
Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards
Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
Comply with all HIPAA confidentiality requirements
