LDRP RN – OB Unit (Oregon) Unit Overview: Manages OB triage, outpatient testing, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and nursery care Scope: Does not circulate or scrub in OR Systems: OBIX (fetal surveillance) & EPIC (EHR) – experience highly preferred Responsibilities: Provide care within RN scope per Oregon State Board of Nursing Apply nursing process to patient care Educate patients, families, and support persons Document care in medical records Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated patient care
