Coverage Needed

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Friday 5 pm - Monday 8 am, weekend non-invasive rounding
  • Potential Schedule: Thursday 8 am - Monday 8 am, if possible

Clinical Details

• Coverage Type: Inpatient only
• Non-invasive rounding for all patients on the Cardiology list throughout the hospital and ED
• Manage reading for cardiac-related imaging and testing
• Supervise stress testing ordered during the weekend
• If interventionist, perform any needed acute procedures during the weekend shift
• Call: Non-Invasive Rounding (required), Stemi coverage (preferred), Weekend Cardiac Service Reading/Results, Stress Testing Supervision
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: 1 Manager, 5 PSR, 6 RN, 6 MA
• Patients per Day: Weekend Rounding Varies 20-40 average

Requirements

• Board Eligible
• EPIC experience preferred
• Will be required to work at 2 sites, one in Indiana, and one in Illinois
• Will need active Medical and Controlled Substance Licenses in BOTH Indiana and Illinois at the time of submission
• CV must be in Month / Year format
• Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
