About the Opportunity:
- 4 1/2 day work week
- Practice with a board-certified geriatrician and obesity medicine physician, a functional medicine physician, and one Advanced Practice Provider
- AdvancedPractice Provider is available for same-day, acute visits
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensureoptimalpatient outcomes
