Sr BA - Digital Platforms

Work on end-to-end digital platforms and content supply chains for a competitive hourly rate ($37–$71/hr). Embark on an exciting opportunity as a Senior Business Analyst focusing on Digital Platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping digital capabilities that enhance business processes and facilitate comprehensive digital transformations.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business and functional requirements for digital asset management and content lifecycle processes.
• Develop process maps and workflow documentation to streamline content supply chain operations.
• Craft user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging digital capabilities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by validating functionality against requirements.

Skills

• Proven experience in eliciting and documenting requirements in enterprise platforms.
• Strong proficiency in workflow and process design, especially in digital environments.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with digital asset management systems, content management systems, or marketing automation tools.
• Understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and content lifecycle management principles.
• Background in personalization, analytics, or dynamic content delivery.
• Experience with integration and activation requirements across various digital platforms.
