- Well established not-for-profit 3 hospital system
- Office in Northwestern Indiana
- Mon " Fri daytime hours in office and hospital
- 1 in 6 rotation
- 20-30 clinic patients per day 10-15 hospital patients per day
- Unique work structure conductive to utilizing all your skills
