Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum assignment in Springfield, MO. This is a high-functioning inpatient role with no call responsibilities, offering a consistent weekday schedule and competitive compensation. Expectations:

As a CRNA, you will be responsible for the full scope of anesthesia care, including:

• Preoperative patient assessments and anesthesia planning
• Administration of anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Monitoring patients throughout procedures and managing post-anesthesia recovery
• Collaborating with physicians, surgeons, and nursing staff to ensure safe and effective care
• Maintaining accurate documentation in Epic EMR

CRNAs must demonstrate advanced clinical judgment, precision under pressure, and a commitment to patient safety. This role requires independent practice within a supportive medical environment.

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active Missouri State License
• Minimum of 12 months of recent case logs
• No new graduates prior locum or inpatient experience preferred
