**Job Title: Hospice Registered Nurse • Days/Weekends**
**Location:** Boston, MA
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate home•based care. This role involves working 36 hours per week, Friday through Sunday, from 8 PM to 8 AM.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Deliver quality hospice care in patients' homes.
• Complete same•day documentation using HCHB/OASIS.
• Manage a caseload of 20•25 cases weekly.
• Attend weekly in•person office meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all care standards.
**Requirements:**
• Active RN License and BLS certification.
• 2+ years of hospice experience.
• Proficiency in HCHB/OASIS, including Oasis E.
• Strong independent work and time management skills.
• Reside within 30 minutes of the assigned area.
**Additional Information:**
• Includes 2•3 days of orientation.
• Mileage reimbursement provided.
• No on•call duties; flexible floating requirements.
