Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
- Lead teams through effective communication and collaboration
- Utilize project management software such as MS Project & Viewpoint
- Navigate self-performed work in concrete, carpentry, and structural trades
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience managing $35M+ projects
- Background in multi-family, senior living, or K-12 construction
- Strong knowledge of self-performed work (not development-only backgrounds)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
