Practice Overview:
- Employed by 99 bed community hospital, clinic is connected to the hospital and has a Level II Nursery
- You will be joining 4 other OB-Gyn' s, 2 CNMs , and 1 Women Health Nurse Practitioners
- 4.5-day work week while on guarantee, then no PTO and work when you want
- Da Vinci robot coming this year
- Practice is averaging 60% Obstetrics and 40% Gynecology, c-section rate is under 25%
- Current providers are averaging 20-26 hours a week in clinic, the rest of their time is in the OR
- Hospitalist and ER support in place
- Hospital is averaging 550 deliveries a year
- Call shared evenly amongst the providers
Compensation Overview:
- Guaranteed $550,000 salary plus have wRVUs bonus potential
- Current providers average 10,000+ wRVU's a year on plan, and earn $650,000+ a year, each
- Up to 100K in student loan assistance
- Sign on and relocation up to $50,000
- 5 Days CME with $3,000 allowance that can be carried over year to year
