Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro night shift position requiring an active AR or compact RN license and at least one year of recent neuro experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital Neuro unit
- Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
- 13-week travel contract assignment
- Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs if requested in advance
- Up to five days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up within the assignment period
- Local candidates living within 50 miles are eligible but subject to local contract limitations after three consecutive terms
- Candidates may not return to the same local facility within one year after completing three consecutive local contracts
- Full compliance with documentation and employment history review required prior to assignment start
Requirements
- Active AR or compact RN license required at time of consideration
- No expiring certifications within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
- Minimum one year of recent neuro nursing experience required
- At least two years of nursing experience preferred
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number required (Canadian SINs are not accepted)
- No employment gaps exceeding 90 days in the past 12 months
