Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to expand our attorney network, strengthen existing partnerships, and ensure seamless collaboration between legal teams and internal service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain relationships with personal injury attorneys and law firms within an assigned territory
- Serve as the primary point of contact for attorney partners regarding service needs, updates, and issue resolution
- Educate attorneys and law firms on AP Healthcare’s medical coordination services and how these solutions support client care and case efficiency
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, proposals, and closing new partnerships
- Identify market opportunities using industry trends, competitor insights, and territory feedback
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Care Coordinators and Account Liaisons to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, agreements, pipeline activity, and performance metrics in CRM systems
- Attend 3–4 evening or after-hours networking events per month to develop and strengthen market relationships
- Conduct in-state travel throughout Georgia (occasional out-of-state or overnight travel as needed)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Healthcare or legal industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for statewide travel
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with attorneys and internal teams
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, follow structured processes, and meet performance targets
- Ability to conduct presentations, negotiate agreements, and maintain long-term professional partnerships
Desired Skills
- Ability to independently manage a territory, travel schedule, and sales activities
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to keep CRM, documentation, and follow-ups current
- Ability to learn AP Healthcare’s service model and clearly articulate value to attorney partners
- Familiarity with personal injury cases or medical provider networks (preferred, not required)
