The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families, diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions. This role involves performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care. The physician also participates in quality improvement initiatives and maintains accurate documentation within EMRs.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all age groups. The physician will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and helping prevent a wide range of medical conditions while leading a team of clinical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in clinical care, collaboration, and continuous improvement in quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct patient interviews, perform physical examinations, and order or interpret diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries across a diverse patient population.
Provide preventive care, including immunizations, health screenings, and patient education.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide continuity of care for patients with long-term medical conditions.
Make appropriate referrals for specialty or advanced care as needed.
Perform minor medical procedures within scope and privileges.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited medical school.
Active and unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Prior clinical experience beyond residency preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
